No I don't. I just watch TV shows on iplayer or 4OD...saves me paying for a license!

Plus if I want to watch live TV (X Factor, Football Games) I can go to the TV in the common room and sit with my friends

I'm not allowed one (in my room at home- where I still am)
My mum thinks it will stop me sleeping.
What she doesn't realise is that I now just d/l tv shows onto my ipod. :3
    Seriously?.. lol

Nope. Have a living room for that.

I had one for a while in my halls room during first year. It was great for watching the cricket on when I was hungover.

You do have to pay if it's live (unless your laptop is unplugged, in which case it's classed as a 'mobile device' so exempt). The issue is whether you'll be caught or not, which doesn't seem that likely :P

Yeah, I find it really difficult to sleep and she blames it on things that make no logical sense

I say yes tbh. I use mine all the time having fifa sessions and by connecting my laptop to it so I can have windows open for work on the tv screen and the actual work on the laptop. Also watching dvds is better :P

I'm planning on taking one when I go next year, purely because my netbook is too small to watch anything on.
