Pork, Venison is very nice but nothing can ever beat pork.

    I have to say lamb.

I'm a sucker for a nice piece of beef, though. But it's got to be well-done. I like my food to be dead before I put the fork in...

Venison should never be roasted IMO. It's far too good for that.

I love roast lamb with rosemary, garlic and red wine gravy. But I also like roast beef with thick gravy and Yorkshire puddings.

Which is best though? There's only one way to find out!

Beef, but if go to a carvery at a pub will have a mix of beef and gammon because the gammon is sooo nice especially with the cranberry sauce however at home chicken with the crispy skin is so nice with lots of gravy but would probably choose beef over anything else

Still have some meats to try

Chicken / Turkey are the two meats I'd be most likely to get stuck choosing between if I was out for a meal, purely because it's hard to cook either of those wrong. I like beef if it's a good quality bit of meat, 'cause I find it can be quite tough otherwise and I also love roast duck - providing it's not covered in two and a half inches of fat when I get my order (yeah, I'm kinda finicky with my food... )

Although... beef comes with Yorkshire puddings. Tough decision :holmes:

Chicken if there's bread sauce, lamb if there's mint sauce, beef if there are yorkshire puds.
