I always made sure I ate something filling just before the exam.
I took a bottle of water in and made sure I drank just before it would rumble if i got hungry...it filled my belly for a while

I used to stress about this a fair bit.. can you feel when it's about to happen? If you can, try breathing through it until the feeling goes away, it helps
Also, I used Rescue Remedy to get rid of anxiety, which helps too, it's sometimes a bit of a stress thing.
This probably won't make you feel any less "exposed", but nonetheless, people don't go to exams to listen to your stomach.. they'll be far too busy concentrating on writing their paper. Try and chill out, just do your best in the exam

Mine does this too! It's related to worry, I haven't found how to stop it completely but breathing out when you can feel it coming stops it from being loud
