    i swear that you can withdraw within 14 days, and then re-submit but i did hear it form TSR lol

    If you withdraw your application, you cannot re-enter the cycle unless under exceptional circumstances (no clue as to what exactly, but I imagine something like deciding against uni to care for a relative, but now the relative has died might qualify.)

    If you do this within a fortnight, you can get your money back - might be being confused with this.

    The other thing it could be confused with is substituting choices - you can do this within a fortnight of the UCAS welcome letter being sent out - which is like resubmitting your choices. :dontknow:
