all I know is if my body had it's way I'd sleep 12hrs a day or more. If I don't set an alarm and go to bed now, I'd get up at probably 2-3pm but feel groggy the whole of tomorrow. However if I set an alarm for 10am, I'll be like "uuugh no don't want to get up!". But once I do I'm wide awake all day.

i sleep when im tired and im awake when im not, simple as that
atm i stay up most of the night (going to bed at 5-6am) and getting up at 2-3pm
staying up all night tonight as would have to be up at half 7 for shopping and not tired at all
