    In order to have visible abs, you NEED TO HAVE BELOW 15% BODY FAT. End of. You could be the most muscle-bound person in the world, with 16% body fat, and you still wouldn't have abs.

    What, you think you don't have any muscles under there? There must be something covering them, and looking at other areas of your body, you can deduce that skin tends to fit around muscles quite nicely. So there must be fat in the way...

    Seriously, cut your fat down and you'll start to see them. Don't over do it though, having too lower body fat can start to be bad for you

    I tell you lot how i got my 6 pack.

    I went to the gym on saturdays for 5 hours sessions for about a month.I only ate healthy for that month.

    My arms,shoulders and abs Look GREAT.

    v similar to my current diet but on top of other big meals-im trying to get as fat as possible

    In kickboxing, we tense our stomach whilst getting jabbed in the abs (obviously not killer punches lol). It breaks up the fibres so they heal together, meshing to give stronger and thicker abs. You could easily do this yourself. But be careful, make sure your abs are tensed or you'll do yourself some damage.

    Cheers but i wouldnt call him a retard as ALOT of people think the same way.
