He may well be playing a very clever mind game. As a clever guy, he's realised that you kind of like him, and to increase your desire, he's playing hard to get. It's a bloody risky route to take, but it looks like it's paid off. All you need to do is completely ignore him for a while, therefore turning the tables.
This, or he's gone on holiday.

You have this attitude like you SHOULD be able to 'get' any human you deem worthy of you, look at the thread title "MY facebook guy". Grow up, and although you don't seem technically AS shallow as before, you've still got a long way to go on the general arrogance.

Are you an idiot? You thought he accepted so he could stalk you, erm what? :lolwut: Don't flatter yourself into thinking he's still into you, bloody hell.

Also, chances are you only 'realised he was perfect for you' because the guy that you said was a 9/10 probably though he was too good for you.

Hey, I feel like I was getting a lot of stick! I'm not a *****, really! When we were at school I had no idea he liked me - he just used to hang around and look uncomfortable around me. The 9/10 guy was just a lot more confident and easier to get to know. It was only during the summer after we left school that his friend had a go at me and asked me why I didn't like him!

In some ways I feel that I know the funny guy only as a result of Facebook. His personality shines through a lot more on Facebook than it did in person.

I would have just asked him for a drink but I instant messaged him once to which he did not reply (I guess he could have been busy...). I then sent a friendly person message to which he did not reply (that must have been personal). I can't now contact him a third time and ask him out. I guess I have blown it!

Maybe this will teach you not to be so judgemental in future? You live and you learn champ, moving on...

I never understand why people do that.
Me neither. Why have someone on there if you're not going to have any contact? It seems to defeat the very point of facebook.
