    calm down
I never said that it bothers me and it doesn't, in the slightest.

Still, what better way to greet someone than by saying 'Hi there, are you excited about that day where consumerism and selfishness prevails.?'.

It's essential to do some weird dance like movements when you say it.

I write xmas but say christmas. I voted xmas because it's probably more common for me to write xmas than actually say christmas.

According to my little sister's horrible histories Christmas book we use Xmas because Christ in Greek started with an x and it is an abbreviation of that. To be fair though, the word probably started out as Christ's mass or something, so it's not like the word hasn't evolved since it was first invented!

The "X" in Xmas comes from the "X" of which means Christ.

I use "christmas" because anyone who uses xmas is lazy, and probably a pedophile.

I use Christmas, unless I am down to my last 4 or 5 letters in the current available text message page, in which case I will not go on to page 2 just to keep Christ happy.
