Just 2500 calories? I can eat that in one or two sittings daily.

I ate a 30oz steak burger, with chips and a super sunday coming in just under 5000cals.

      Now that was a challenge

Also, you must have tiny portions if a full english breakfast is only 400calories.

...in a sort of 7-course meal.

If you wish to attempt, here are the rules:

      * Men - 2500kcal of anything

      * Women - 2000kcal of anything

      * Food ONLY - drinks not permitted (well, you can have, they won't be part of the 2500/2000)

      * It doesn't have to be Christmas-y food, but try to make it as much as possible

      * Vegetarians are allowed Quorn, tofu, etc, as alternatives (I am one )

So, here's my meal plan for the day (about 12pm-1pm):

      Course 1 (300kcal):

      - Chocolate Weetabix

      - Semi-skimmed Milk

      - Banana

      Course 2 (200kcal):

      - Chocolate pancake(s)

      - (some sort of) Syrup

      - Fruit

      Course 3 (400kcal):

      - Full English Breakfast consisting of...

      - Quorn Sausages

      - (mild curry sauce cooked) beans

      - 2 pieces of toast

      - Quorn ham slices

      - Mushrooms

      - Warm tomatoes

      Course 4 (600 kcal):

      - Lunch...

      - Half a 14 inch topped pizza; sweetcorn, quorn chicken tikka, onions, extra cheese

      - Potato wedges

      - Salad

      - Sauce

      Course 5 (400 kcal):

      - Christmas Dinner...

      - Quorn Turkey slices

      - Chips (or mash potato)

      - Carrots

      - Sprouts (if I have any - otherwise broccoli)

      - Roast potato

      - Gravy

      Course 6 (300kcal):

      - Christmas pudding/mince pies

      - Ben & Jerries Choc Fudge Brownie Ice-cream

      Course 7 (300kcal):

      - Hot Apple Pie

      - Warm Custard

And all of that = 2500kcal, 45 mins on the bog, and a won xmas food challenge!

      Merry Christmas Everybody!

sorry mate but 2500 calories in one sitting is NOT impressive. That's like two big bars of galaxy chocolate which are ridiculously easy to consume

Why not just take it easy and enjoy all your food, not just at the start before you feel like you're going to burst?
