Wow I am a fat guy but have ate far less than pretty much everyone on here.

    Breakfast, Activia yogurt.

Lunch, sprouts, turkey, chiplotas, roast potatoes in bread sauce(and a small portion of food at that) pudding a tiny bit of christmas pud and cream as I dont like it and small glass of babycham.

had a kiddy pack of marshmallows for a snack later in day and a glass of blackcurrant juice.

Teatime, 2 mini sausage rolls, 3/4 of a ham sandwich, a small handful of Pringles, about 1/4 of a caramel shortbread, 3 Quality Street chocs, small glass of Red Kola, a few sweets.

Want to eat a small plate of leftover stuff from lunch soon, or some more pringles.

might go and eat some more now actually.

Did you know J2O's arent healthy really, for one they have aspartame in theme(at least some) and its been processed.

Many people think its just as good as pure fruit juices.

Breakfast: Nothing. I was too busy in the kitchen helping my mum.
Lunch: Two puff pastry Mediterranean veg tartlets.
Dinner: Chestnut and mushroom roast, loads of veggies (parsnips, carrots, sprouts and chestnuts), 3 roast potatoes and my mum's sage and onion stuffing, lots of gravy + 2 glasses of copella apple juice.

    Other:
A couple of chocolates from a selection box.
A pack of white chocolate fingers.
2 pecan pie tartlet things I baked last night.
2 cans of 7 up. Forgot to buy diet coke.

I'm trying not to feel guilty and trying very hard not to care about the calories because tbh, I probably needed them anyway and it's Christmas and EVERYONE overeats. Looking at this thread has reassured me slightly that I haven't eaten *that* much.

Lol its just because I know a lot of people who assume as I say its the same as fruit juice and thus healthy(well saying that even fruit juice has a lot of sugar) and say they have it in a pub instead of having something like a glass of coke.
