I'm a newbie as well so I'll pick these as well! They seem realistic, though I really have no idea atm. I have done 13 chins so that can be crossed off.
Yeah, I'm also a n00b so I'd like to post the disclaimer that mine are subject to change as I actually have no clue

Run the Edinburgh marathon in under 4 and a half hours.

Lose some weight, currently circa 9 stone, would like to get down to 8.

Participate in a couple of 10k races in the summer, do those in about 55 minutes.

I have that same issue as well. Will be doing my first "proper" workout on jan 10th when i get back to uni so will learn my proper current lifts then and will be able to know better but it'll be interesting as a very rough guide for the year...

    My Current is about

    Bench 40Kg
    Squat 40Kg
    DLift 60kg
    Press 30kg
    Chin ups BW *5

Going to start starting strength when i go back to uni and not worked out what it SHOULD get me but my aim by summer is to get 60 bench with squat about 80 and Deadlift about 100..

Also, am 60kg right now so looking to get up to about 75 and then cut back down to about 70 and then be the same BF% as now but with more muscle... That's the theory anyway...

    End of year goals:

Bench 75kg(will be difficult but that's half the fun)
    Squat 100kg
    Deadlift 120kg
    OHP 50Kg
    Chin ups BW *10
I think if you're eating enough and training properly you should be aiming to squat 100 and deadlift 120 within a matter of months tbh.

    Training goals for 2010 were:
    Squat 100kg
    Deadlift 120kg

    I got:
    Squat 90kg
    Deadlift 105kg
    Bench 50kg

I'd like to be able to train consistently this coming year, something that I haven't always been able to do for one reason or another this year. I'd also like to seriously get into rugby which is something I started late this year and quite enjoyed.

    2011 goals:
    Squat 110kg
    Bench 65kg
    Deadlift 130kg

Currently my best lifts (in the past month or two) are:
    Squat 125x2
    Bench 95x2
    (Sumo) Deadlift 150x5 150x3
    Press 52.x5/60x1

    I want to reach:
    Squat 150x5
    Bench 110x3
    Deadlift 180x5
    Press BWx7/75x1

I weigh 66kg and would like to reach 70kg or so at about the same or lower bodyfat. So long as my lifts are going up at a rate I find vaguely acceptable though, I won't force feed myself.

I kind of want to dip bodyweight (currently at BW+40kgx2) and chin half bodyweight (BW+20kgx3 currently) but I'm not sure whether my elbows will hold up for the dips.

2010 has been a nightmare for me inury wise so not really surprised I missed 2010 targets.

for 2011 my main goals are

    Competition:

Midlands Strongest Man - Top 5 finish qualify for Englands
Englands Strongest Man - Top 10 finish would be nice - also an invite to UKs
UKs if I get an invite - Make the final
    Compete in an Oly Competition
Probably do the GPC Worlds too

I am also seeing an Olympic coach and will be getting into Oly lifting as I believe it massively helps with overhead work and hip drive for various things (inc deadlift).

    Numbers wise (raw)

    Olympic Squat - 300kgs - Currently 240kgs
    Power Squat - 340kgs - Currently 290kgs
Bench Press 230kgs - depending on how my pec heals
    Strict Overhead Press - 140kg
    Push Press - 175kg
    Jerk - 200kgs
    Power Clean - 180kg
    Clean - 230kg
    Snatch - 140kg
    Deadlift - 350kg
    Yoke - 450kg - 10m in under 20 seconds, 350kg 20meters on under 12-15 seconds
    Log - 170kg
    Axle - 180kg
    Silver Dollar Deadlift - 420kgs

85kg atm. Have 11ish weeks left of bulking until i must cut and then progression will be slow for all time. So these goals may instead be "goals for 11 weeks time".

about 4 months. started in may, stopped in august and started back again in november which was lazy of me. i'm on starting strength. luckily enough i didn't lose too much strength in my break. i weigh 90kg but i have long limbs so all the lifts require at least 30% more effort. I hate those short guys with the smug look just cause they can bench more than you.
It don't matter. I hope i achieve my goals though.
