    If eating anything would do, then better fruit and veggies. At least this way you avoid the overload of carbohydrates and sugar that can only lead to health problems.

    Thank you for your advice. Yesterday, I ate ten clementines while studying. One thing that I wanted to point out is how in Britain, young people are so aware of healthy eating like you have proved.I look at Spain (where only females care about healthy eating) and I can watch that differences in awe.
