skimmed that big posr, seems 2 know what he's talking about, HIT and carbs are fine just don't overdo it.
also skipping breakfast is good.

HIIT is good. I do 30 seconds on and off on the cross trainer for usually 20 mins between two 30 mins of high fast intense walking on 15 incline. Helped me lose just over 2 stone in 3 months.

Also, drink ice cold water. Doing this will make your body heat the water up to body temperature, which burns extra calories.
