Hey, Im pretty much set on either on a Tissot or a Rotary I think, thoughts? Was thinking something along these line,

You've gone back to gold watches? ; ;

Rose gold one if you absolutely HAVE to have a gold watch, but they will be plated which IMO is a big no-no, at that price stick with the tried & trusted steel.

Of the two, I think I prefer the Rotary, some nice detailing on the dial

You clearly don't know anything about watches then. There are a lot of excellent watches available for not a lot of money - you don't need to spend thousands to own a great timepiece

only a longines (vintage) actually.

my point was there's not point in getting any of these in the middle market. day to day i wear a 10quid casio cos it's cheap as **** and i think it's cool, i only wear my expensive watch when i need to (dinners, dressing up etc). you should buy a 10pound casio and invest the money then buy a real watch.

i'm not disputing that there arent, but when you get to prestige watches there's only really those brands which are worth buying.
