Great scene. I want to watch the film now
You have to watch it. It's got Brad Pitt, Sam Rockwell, Jeremy Renner, Zooey Deschanel and Sam Shepherd as well, if that means anything to you

Also check out Killer Inside Me and Gone, Baby, Gone to see the glory that is Casey Affleck.

Voldemort's.

Mhmm. Admittedly, it hasn't happened yet... but when it does, it'll be epic

The Green Mile.

(I'm not sure how we're defining 'best' but this is one of the most emotional scenes in any film ever ever ever)

I can't believe this is even being asked.

The fact that it includes Robert Sheehan in a suit has not influenced my decision in any way...or what about this death?

It's a pretty epic way to go, killing your entire species (almost) in the process.

Dobby's death was also epic (and if anyone claims I've ruined the story for them they're getting a slap if I ever track them down. You've had four years to read the books and months to watch the film)

Oh my gosh, so many!

American History X definitely stands out for me.

The one that really got to me though, was Memories of Matsuko.

It's just the whole build up to the death scene that did it though. You know she dies because the beginning of the film is her nephew retracing her life after she dies. Over the whole film she goes through so much, she has a really eventful life, and at the end of the film, you're wondering who it was who killed her. Was it her spurned lover? Was it one of her clients? Was it her employers? Was it one of the jealous colleagues? Was it her student? Was it the yakuza? Was it a cell-mate from prison?

In the end it turns out, she's just beaten to death by some little kids in the park. She had such an eventful life and it's ended so pointlessly for no reason. I cried for two hours, that's longer than the film lasted!
Her death pissed me off, hate it when little ****s do something like that and they can't even be properly punished because they're so young.
Reminds me of my friend getting ganged on in a park, that was one hell of a fight after backup arrived.
