and you asket about weights, so i told you about my plates, which combined build up my set of adjustable dumbbells.

i do more weights than you!!! that is embarassing.
overall, youve not got a bad body, but thats because im not a huge fan of bulging muscles. you need to cut down the belly fat, i put a post about a core circuit so i'll give you the link to that. and before you say anything about me being a girl and not knowing anything about muscles..don't, because i do

here's our rowing teams core circuit

45 seconds on each activity:

Plank
Oblique holds(each side)
Crunches
Hundreds
Superman
Plank
Shoulder bridge
Knee hold

we usually repeat this circuit twice.
