    Have them come round your house and cook dinner together - then watch a couple of DVDs. Everyone could bring a few ingredients and then you could do a Ready-Steady-Cook thing if you wanted. Or, maybe just put everything in a curry?

    Obviously, the psychological attraction of alcohol resides in its perception as being at the heart of contemporary "macho" culture. Thus I recommend that you invite your friends round for a night of weight-lifting, Jim Davidson, and joy-riding. I trust that gang-rape won't suit?
