i need meat watch

    i don't see whats wrong with lean meat, grilled, the fat content isn't that high....processing meat tends to add more fat than anything...e.g sausages...

    chicken is extrememely low in fat, without skin. Have chicken breast with your salads.

    if you're craving then it sounds like your body is lacking nutrients. You should really take some multivitimins, with iron, to compensate for lack of red meat.

    Have you asked your doctor if this is a sensible eating plan? it sounds like hell. Dr Gillian McKeith isn't a medical doctor.....

    cravings don't necessarily mean the persons body is lacking nutrients.

    my bmi is 21.4 approx i jus think its too much

    veggies like myself adapt to our lifestyle, i myself eat loots of cereal which has lots of protein in.
