I don't know, just put it in the pan and cook it until it's crispy. I guess that's not smoked...

Smoked bacon is traditionally produced by allowing the cured meat to hang in a room over a bed of smoking wood chips.
Smoking happens before you even get the meat

    Smoked, back bacon, fried.

In a sandwidch, no sauce. (it detracts from the flavour of the bacon)

Dutchy Originals unsmoked back bacon, grilled, in a white bread sandwich with a tiny bit of butter.

    I don't eat bacon
Not a veggie, just don't like it.
Though I do like those crisps entitled "Bacon Rashers"...but they're made of maize and flavoured with yeast...

Canadian bacon is a no no.

What you want is crispy fat, but to have the meat soft - the george forman seems to be able to do this quite well.

Then, you want to butter some white warbutons, lightly, and add a thin layer of brown sauce.

Better yet - get someone else to do it for you.

Dutch Smoked bacon, Grilled on a sandwich of extra thick bread with lettuce and tomato. But now the real question- who, like me, trims the rind off?

Bah, the dry-cure bacons are BIG FAT LIARS. No water eh? Pah.

Here's a query: how is it that I love bacon, I love sandwiches, but I don't like bacon sandwiches?

I'm not a huge fan of bacon and I have only eaten it fried, pretty much dripping with fatty goodness.
The comments to George Foreman grills remind me of a song "I've got a George Foreman Grill, a George Foreman Grill, if you want make my dinner, George Foreman will!"

Me. My bacon must have no fat on it all, it's absolutely vile with fat on it.
