F1 - Vettel forcefully overtakes team-mate Webber despite being told not to do so watch

I don't think its wrong in the sense Vettel wants to race, we want to see a good race not so much tactical stuff. However! Webber was told to slow down and did he followed the teams orders thinking Vettel would follow the order and instead what happened? Vettel didn't follow the order. I feel sorry for Webber so many times he gets screwed over.

Whilst determination to win is essential for a racing driver, despite being a triple world champion Vettel is still a Red Bull employee, they are giving him the opportunity to race and win championships. Like in any other job, the employer gives orders and the employee follows them, or they risk losing their job.

Seb will get away with it of course, say what you will about his character you can't deny he's a talented guy and certainly an asset to the team. And whilst they deny any status as no. 1 driver it's fairly easy to see that Seb is just that at Red Bull. I'd be very surprised if Red Bull did anything more than give Seb a paycut or something, even then I'd be surprised. I think the only real consequence of this will be that the next time the situation is reversed Webber will also ignore orders, I also think it's very likely he'll get fed up and leave the team at the end of the year.
