What do you do in an anxiety attack? watch

    I am having the same situation. Changing jobs and I'm all worried about loads of things. It happened when I got my first job so, from experience, I'd say when you get into the job, it will settle down.
    I get shaky, feel sick (I throw up a lot when having an anxiety attack) and can't breathe too. So yeah, I think you have anxiety attacks.
    From my research people have said beta-blockers have helped and I'm currently looking into being put on them cause I hate the physical symptoms.

    Thanks I know I should probably go see a doctor about it, but I get really scared about going. I end up working myself up about it, and its never as bad as I imagine. I just hate feeling like this, wish I could just switch off my worrying/stressing, nothing I can do at this stage and I know it. I just spend too much time thinking about what might happen.
