Suicide - Ultimate Control? watch

    I think it truly is the ultimate control because normally, you wouldn't get to decide when you died. It's outside factors - whether it be natural like old age or something like cancer. Even your body does everything it can physically to keep you alive. You don't get to choose when you leave this world - unless you take it into your own hands. You get to say "I'm ready, there's nothing more, it's time" and i think that's the most control a person can have over anything.

    Suicide is hard to talk about with loved ones; I have made a recent commitment to be more open to people about these thoughts, they are so much a part of depression, they were a big part of my life and the world needs to talk about suicide.
