Wow, great thread. Nice to see some fans of Death Grips, Dalek and Andy Stott for once.

So what's your favourite DG album? Personally I'm stuck between Exmilitary and the Money store, but I've enjoyed almost all of their releases.

I'm stuck between Exmilitary and The Money Store as well. Probably siding with The Money Store. Depends on my mood, although I love NLDW too. Did you hear about their new album? I think Zach Hill is making a film and they're making the soundtrack for it, hope they keep up their amazing consistency.

I did, and I'm really excited for it! I'm interested to see what artistic direction they go in since I can't really think what this new album is going to sound like at all!

I like NLDW too. It didn't hit me as hard in the beginning but after a while the tracks really began to grow on me.

I actually missed one of their live performances near me because I was ill >:-( hopefully they'll come back to the UK at some point in the near future.

'Come Up And Get Me' is intense as hell, can boogie to that all day. Death Grips look really good live to be fair, Zach Hill's drumming is just :woo:Yeah, like no decent bands tour in Wales so it sucks. Mount Eerie (Worth checking out, most of his best stuff came under his old moniker, 'The Microphones', imo) came to Cardiff the other week but I was busy revising and I had no way to get back home, sucked.

I really like the Microphones too! He was performing Clear Moon in Manchester but it was the day before one of my exams so I couldn't go. Seriously, this exam season has caused me to miss out on a lot of gigs.
