I don't see why you think she doesn't think herself attractive/deserving of being in a relationship though... and even if she does if you really like her you should support her as a friend rather than trying to get her to date you.

It's speculation, but you're right i'm flattering myself. It might be wishful because I like her so much.

I don't mean she doesn't/wouldn't find you attractive (I've only liked guys before after finding out they liked me first) but you might wanna get to know her a bit better before making a move. If you do end up getting together you'll have a better relationship if you were good friends first anyway.

Just talk to her every chance you see her (w/o being creepy). Definitely add her on FB if you can (or get her number if you don't have FB). She may cotton on that you like her without you actually saying so
