I'm not massive on Blair. I felt he never did enough on social mobility, on education. He also wasn't tough enough on the Welfare State or Immigration, but I'd defend him on Foreign Policy. Afghanistan, Kosovo, I'd argue they were right. I'd also argue the intentions in Iraq were right, but perhaps they didn't plan well enough.(Original post by Rakas21)

On Economics I believe we need to try something new. Neither Keynes, Friedman or Hayek have the answers outright for me. We need something else. I'm not really a fan of big or small government, I just want good governance.
