The problem is, it's not busy in the sense that I move around a lot. It's busy in the sense that I'm sat down at my table all day long making revision notes and doing past papers. But, I think when I'm on study leave from next week, I'll be able to fit in exercise like you do. Because right now, I go to school and get back home at about 4, and only THEN can I start my revision after a short break. Which is why it feels really hectic. However, when I'm on study leave and have complete control over my entire day, I think I will definitely be able to get more exercise in, because it's not like I'll be studying all day long.(Original post by xoxAngel_Kxox)
Everyone needs a break though, it's not good to revise ALL day. When I was revising for my finals, for example I'd do a couple of hours followed by 10 mins of exercise, and repeated that all day (so about 30 mins exercise a day, probably).
But as I said above, you can lose weight without exercising if your life is really too hectic to set aside a tiny bit of time. Just don't eat as much.
And actually passed?
