thanks mate, will be going on a cut real soon. I don't think I need the maltodextrin because I eat quite a lot of carbs anyway coming from rice, pasta etc..
    Good luck!

Not specific to gyno but for hormone rebalancing checkout Marks Daily Apple. The advice is 80% diet, 10% exercise and 10% lifestyle, all important though.

Basically swap you refined carbs (bread, pasta, cakes, biscuits, etc), candy and junk foods for wholesome meat, fish, vegetables, fruit, nuts, seeds, and only drink water.

Not really the prescription most students would care to follow, but you'll be surprised at what else changes if you follow this.

i am trying this from 3 months, and i can say that my gyno size has been decreased effectively. Fasting increases testosterone and produce human growth hormones.i want to say that, instead of intermittent fasting, extended water fasting about minimum 24 hrs will produce great result. i fast twice or thrice a week with only water fasting. My age 27 ,weight 69 kg, height 5ft7.

I read once it's common during the puberty of men, however you're 20 years old.. it could go, I'm not sure.

But just research in depth methods to try and get rid of it on YouTube or something which can give clearer instructions.
