A girl I went to school with did that. We were all like 'That's so weird', but it worked for her.

Usually between 12am and 1am to wake up for 6am, though I really want to cut the time I go to bed, down to around 10:30pm because I don't think 6 to 5 hours of sleep is really enough for me. I have went to sleep at 3am/4am on college nights for several months before, and believe me, it's not worth it. If you ever end up in that position, try and get back into a normal routine as soon as possible.
    3am/4am?! That sounds like hell...

When I was at school I'd go to bed at 10.30 and get up at 7.30. In uni I slept at 11.30 and got up at 7.30. Admittedly I've never been the most hardcore of girls.
