A good tip at the moment (as there are few clouds so heat during the day is not retained by 'insulating effect' of clouds) is to close curtains and then open them around 9pm when it gets a lot cooler, this cools your room down considerably.

Also only sleep with a sheet or just a small duvet.

Electric fans are also good for helping to evaporate sweat.

Sleep naked with leg poking out of cover and a bottle of water beside.
That's what I'm doing.
