Try the Moments Musicaux no. 3 in b minor, that's absolutely heart-wrenching! Also Scriabin etudes op.8 no's 9 and 11 :biggrin:

Not close to tears, but... the Andante part after the cadenza in Rach 3. Around 5 minutes from the end in the 3rd movement as well, the few chords after the insanely difficult demisemiquaver section.
