Not the weirdest thing I've read.

That probably goes to the women who "fell in love" and was sexually attracted to a ship, and wound up marrying it.

She said she had a "wedding night" that was basically pleasuring herself in one of the ship's cabins. :lolwut:

Awww I love that documentary about people attracted to objects

That clip on YouTube where the girl goes "I want your fluids. I WANT YOUR FLUIDS" whilst rubbing herself in some oil/mud that was on some theme park ride.

Couldn't stop laughing, they're all absolute munters too so it's not surprising they have to find love from garden fences

Lol, the weird things you learn on TSR at 2am.

That aside, it must take guts to 'come out' as someone in love with an object. While it's something I'll never understand, I know many people who will never understand my sexuality. I have friends who will never see homosexuality as anything but a silly lifestyle choice. While this woman is definitely unusual, I don't really care what she's into as long as she's happy.

But I do find it disgraceful that in a state that doesn't allow gay marriage in order to protect 'the sanctity of marriage', a woman has wed a fairground ride.

Okay so in this video the skunk (or whatever) dude is saying when he's dressed up like a ****ing skunk he feels like he can be friendlier and do things he otherwise wouldn't - it doesn't seem healthy that you would need to dress up like an animal to do that

I'm not even going to talk about the last picture in the Wiki article, heck no
Alcohol isn't healthy either.

So initially I saw the title and I laughed as it is just so ridiculous. Then I read the article and watched the video and it's just very sad. Thoughts?

I also found it strange how her friends just went along with it, I mean I know they just want her to be happy but if my best friend announced she was going to marry her toaster, I think I'd try and dissuade her/attempt to seek help. Being supportive is one thing, but to actively go along with it/encourage it...seems rather odd.
Still better than marrying Ferris Bueller

The weirdest I've read is a woman who was attracted to objects, and she tried to have a normal relationship with a man who was into archery. She ended up cheating on him...with his bow.
