i suggest you do cardio exercise, but instead of endurance, do interval training! i.e. instead of running at a constant speed for 20 or 30 minutes, run at different paces for 10 minutes. For example, i run at speed 15 for 30 seconds, then run at speed 10.5 for 1 minute, then i repeat this for 10 minutes. It's exhausting and a much better way to burn fat!
