    flapjack is lovely. Shove it full of dried fruit and seeds and oats are slow release carbs, so it's not going to send your blood sugar levels all over the place. And homemade stuff hands down beats anything out of a packet.

    I second grapes and definitely tea and occasionally mini mars bars <3 and on a break I love those cadburys buttons yoghurt things

    Glad grapes are going strong, Mars bars are definitely amazing... Never had the chocolate things though

    Yeah nothings worse after a long day of revision to find all your fingers are gone ...especially when you're brothers stolen them :unimpressed:
