Just take a gap year and repeat or do another A-level or whatever. A year out is not the end of the world and there's likely to be absolutely nothing you can do at this stage.

Seriously. This or you're too thick to go to uni.

should have tried harder who the **** are you to say whether i should have tried harder

I've got 600 UCAS points so I win.
You're right. None of us know your exact situation. But offering money to random people on the internet is not the way to go. Call back the uni and ask for suggestions. They should be able to help more than we can. Or else call UCAS and see what they say.

phone ucas, they could tell all the range of courses.

A*=140 ucas. Either you got four A*, and then some, or you're BS.

thankyou for your advise much appreciated
You can go to Manchester but not Northumbria? And attacking people on here is not going to help. Call UCAS now before they close.

Or they did D of E and played a few instruments to a high level with reasonable A level grades?

Manchester is a better university than Northumbria; why not go there?

D of E doesn't give you UCAS points.

Still, six subjects is my worst nightmare right now. That's how horror movies start
