    I got my welcome pack and my time table with it, it's quite cool, only in for a few hours the days I'm in, and I got Tuesdays and Wednesdays off. Woop woop x

    if you go onto leeds met website and go to accomodation you can check your accomodation online and it tells you if it has been sent

    My course is the mutts nuts, the freshers induction fits nicely around everything I want to do! YAY Should probably stop bragging now so here are some of the best activities (most are included anyway) in my opinion and in date order.


    1) monday 18/09 - freshers fair at CQSU 9pm+(Civic Quarter Students Union)/town bar crawl.8pm+
    2) Tuesday 19/09 - Curry night off campus 7pm+
    3) Wednesday 20/09 - freshers fair 10-4 then GYM LOCK-IN WOO HOO @HSU
    (Headingly Students Union) 8pm+
    4) Thursday 21/09 - paintballing in afternoon @off campus
    5) Friday 22/09 -health fair from [email protected], Wet+wild in afternoon @off campus, headingly pub crawl - 8pm from HSU
    6) Sat 23/09 +Sun 24/09 - nothing planned yet
    7) Monday 25/09 - would go Go karting if poss - off campus in afternoon
    8) Tuesday 26/09 - might make it to around the world munchies (no finish time given) - starts 1pm @HSU
    9) Wednesday - 27/09 - Pizza +movies @from CQSU 7pm
    10) Thursday - 28/09 - Oktoberfest @CQSU
    11) Friday - 29/09 - jobs fair @CQSU 10am-12pm (continues until 4pm), Skool sports @south lodge (headingly campus) 12pm+
    12) Sat+Sun sleep and maybe study.

    (some events could clash with second week of course we'll see)

    im a bit disappointed at the freshers fortnight this year... specially the gigs.. pretty poor... but then i aint a fresher this year
