Alonso>Hamilton>Vettel>Rosberg Watch

I found F1 pathetically boring this year. When two drivers end up 30 seconds ahead of everyone else after 15 laps every race, and win every race in 1st and 2nd places (barring mechanical failure),
I think it's reasonable to say the good, dramatic racing in races like Bahrain and Canada, plus the freshness in a different team with more evenly matched drivers dominating the sport via the great exploitation of new engine regulations have gone some way to putting the final nine races of last season in the shadow. If F1 is "pathetically boring" this season then what were the last nine races of 2013.

I fail to see the sportsmanship, fairness and interest in what is essentially a pointless exercise.

F1, with it's technical and sporting intricacies and ingrained competitive nature, is a sport where fairness seldom exists regardless. Cost-saving is one example to point to where fairness hasn't been achieved by teams.

QUOTE=BenAssirati;48490034]Of course, because Hamilton is English, no-one seems to care that his success is due in large part to a massively superior car.
No one seems to point that Alonso, at some point during his two WDC seasons, had a car superior to the others in an area (e.g. pace, reliability etc.). We needn't to talk about Vettel, but being able to make the most of superior machinery and claim the ultimate prize is a demonstration of a top-class driver. Regarding Hamilton, Rosberg so far this season has had similar success with the same machinery that Hamilton is driving.
