    Depends what your gym goals are. Caffeine helps with fat loss however if you have it too late in the day or have a really low tolerance it will affect your sleep.
    I personally only drink coffee when at a cafe. On a normal day I will have my breakfast with a normal or green tea + a zepherine tablet (bitter orange, caffeine,green tea extract,guarana), as a metabolism booster. As long as you don't have too much caffeine or make a habit out of it, the health effects will be minimal.

    In fact when I drink less tea I get moody, my motivation is extremely low and I am tired/sluggish all the time. (Yawning sleepy feeling)
