    Depends entirely on context whether the word is offensive or not. What I find most offensive, however, is people who think that the fact they are offended by someone using the word is justification for state intervention.

    I hate it when anybody uses it even so I do kinda understand why black people say it with the whole taking the power out of the word but I really don't understand why anyone else would want to say it but whatever, I'd rather no one said it to be honest

    Also not all black people use this word as some people people seem to think, if anyone said it to me I would not be impressed :unimpressed:

    No, black people just say it's offensive because we're generally violent and looking for an excuse to start trouble.
