OK thanks for the help guys. Completely random question here, if I have done something (such as volunteering or EC'S) for a significantly long time, is there any benefit in me including dates? For example, I have been a member of my martial arts since 2009; so if I was to start off with "Since 2009...blah blah blah" would this be any good and show commitment and dedication or would it be a complete waste of characters even mentioning?

Also, if I only have one EC activity, but I have done a lot with that EC activity. For example, with my martial arts I have achieved a black belt, have gained positions of responsibility, have attended an International Seminar and have volunteered to teach martial arts at a Private Ambulance Service. Would this be enough? Or would this be too limited?

Thanks for all the help guys, really trying to not mess up my personal statement and application the second time around :/ Thanks
