Hmm, I don't think doing something even though people oppose it makes one amazing.

I am in my final year right now, I could say I have an enjoyable experience minus the partying I going to graduate with a Bsc Hons in Biomedical science, I think everything is more advanced at university.
    Thanks for the answer

I have a lot of friends that have applied for Biomedical Science and plan on getting into graduate medicine afterwards, are you doing the same?

Yes it does when they stick by it and remain strong...so wait when Nelson Mandela stuck up for black people and got opposed still carried on is not amazing?

Hitler also stood by his beliefs when people opposed them. It's only a good thing if the cause they're fighting for is good. In Mandela's case it's very good, in Hitler's it's very bad, in the OP's it's neither good nor bad, possibly leaning towards bad.

Using Hitler as an example is completely stupid and not to mention irrelevant as in my opinion what the OP is doing is good, and if you think its bad guess what no one cares lol. As long as the OP is happy I really dont care, just because your insecure with yourself and your beliefs dont (unsuccessfully bring down others)

In my opinion it's bad, why is yours worth more than mine?

I'm very secure in my beliefs lol

Why do you choose to wear it? It is after all, not compulsory in Islam.

Do you intend to socialise and do you realise what a barrier to socialising that is?

Don't you think it's a bit rude not to show your face to people?

What were you do if you were asked to remove it, in a bank or a school for instance?
I know wearing the veil is not compulsory in islam, when I first started wearing the niqab it was mainly due to me being a rebellious teenager, I wanted to be different and I always admired women that wore the niqab but then later on I learnt to through experience that I wore it protect myself and wearing the niqab essentially made me a better person. I have nothing against removing the niqab for security reasons. No i don;t think I being rude, I think people should respect my choice to wear the niqab, I do socialise and i have made a lot friends in college and uni, I will admit sometimes it can be a barrier but I try and overcome that.

How do you show your photo ID to a person who requests it?
What is your photo on your passport, provisional or actual driving license?
Lol I just show it, again I have nothing against showing my face for security reasons

Why do you wear something which creates a physical and emotional barrier between you and the public? Not only is it rude, it can also be scary.

Also, why do you feel the need to wear this piece of clothing even though it has nothing to do with religion?

Yours is worth not a lot when your going to be rude about it and when it makes no real sense. The fact that you said "lol" shows your insecure about them. Be a man for once
I can't even be mad, I just pity you.

When I was younger I used to get really upset and angry but now i don't care so much because I know people have these horrible stereotypes due to them being ignorant. And there is so much more people in the world that is accepting and tolerant.

I wish lol, but I don't think I would cope, I want to do a masters in microbiology and then maybe consider teaching.

My intention is not create a physical or emotional barrier but to cover myself and have a closer connection to God. Pleasing God is more important to me than people.

It may not be your intention to do so, but it does. How does it give you a "closer connection to God"? In addition, how does it please god?
