Cheapest city to live in England?

I go to uni in Hull and it's super cheap there.
It's actually really nice there too with it being in Yorkshire and there is a lot of funding being pumped in to improve the city centre.
Leeds is great, some areas are cheap but like every place you get what you pay for. If you want to live in a terrible area (eg Seacroft, Hyde Park, Cross Green) then yes they are super cheap and very near the city center but the areas are horrible and not a very nice place to live in but then there's areas outside the city (eg Roundhay Park) which is quite expensive to live in. Not everything is cheap though here.

Wakefield is very cheap and probably cheaper than Leeds.

Sunderland is pretty cheap to live in, and is a good place to live because although the city centre isn't great you've got access to countryside, coast, Durham and Newcastle, there are a lot of OK suburbs.
I've been through Leeds and it looks pretty nice tbh
