I was so tired but after a deep late night conversation I'm wide awake
Yes. I think I may have insomnia or a very mild form of it at least. When I do sleep, I repeatedly wake up every half an hour to an hour. I'm constantly tired and in this state between sleep and being awake. Sometime I find it hard to distinguish reality/dream state.

I've tried to register with a doctor back so I can see one but apparently I can't because I'm registered to the one at uni so would have to transfer which can take up to a month and I'm going back to uni in a month so its useless.

I generally can't sleep during the summer months. This has been a major problem for me since moving to Norway.

I did did sleep for 3 hours earlier but now very wide awake. Doubt would be sleeping till later tonight.
