    You should take it, depending on how the college does it, you would be able to drop it if it does prove to be too much, if not it should be a good boost as long as you can handle the extra work. The worse part will likely be the matrices module (which FP it is depends on the exam board) which can be hard to get your head around (some people on my course at uni still couldn't get their heads around it having done it a second time, but some do seem generally rather dim). Maths is one of the best A levels you can get going on to do the more logical courses at uni, and one of the best degrees you can do because it proves you can think. A large number of the people who study law at Cambridge already have a maths degree and it's looked upon favourably.
