    Metallica.

Pinkpop 2014 was the best concert ever. Not just because of the show, but because of the amazing weather conditions. There was a code red weather alarm. Because of the heavy rain, wind and thunder, us 60.000 metal fans had to wait for an hour before Metallica was allowed to play.

The front field had to be cleared for safety reasons, people were huddled together on the ground to keep warm, as far away from all the equipment as possible. The lightning was spectacular. At some point lightning struck a pole on the field, causing this deafening sound.

When eventually the weather cleared up enough for them to play, Metallica rode the lightning like no other band ever could and played until well after midnight. Since some people had gone home or moved to some other place, we stood so near the front and could see the stage better than ever.

Arcade Fire was the best performance I've ever seen (Reading 2010) but glosoli by Sigur Ros was the best song i've ever heard live.

The Stone Roses at Heaton Park in 2012, or The Cure at Reading Festival in the same year.

Arcade Fire and The Libertines at Reading in 2010 were both sensational, too.
