    Assuming you're getting vitamin C etc elsewhere, the advice is 'neither' - both have lots of sugar in them from the orange.

    They'd certainly have less sugar in them... but getting it from vegetables would be just as good.

    I'd always use real food over pills where possible. Just about all fruit is sugary and acidic but is still a recommended component of most people's diet, it is a rich source of vitamins , minerals and fibre.

    non concnetrate is cheaper so I buy that. They are pretty much the same.
