    I value ten extra minutes of sleep more than eating in the morning I started not having breakfast in middle school, and I dislike eating at school so I don't normally eat there either. It's unhealthy to go that long without eating, but I've never felt bad because of it :dontknow: . If anything, I feel worse when I do eat breakfast, just because it seems so unnatural by now.

    As in.... I was always hungry when I woke up so even if it was dark and dreary knowing I had brekkie to eat got me out of bed

    yh, u should eat before school beacause i remember in yr10 i went into my RE/RS mock and i didnt eat before and it was horrible, i couldnt evn do my exam properly
