Same here. It's a very short chapter and should be easy marks in the exam...

3. Just had a mock for c4, it was terrible!

4. I just started partial fractions today, expect to start bio-nominal expansion sometime next week.

Its kinda crazy how fast now looking back at C1 how fast these 2 years have went past.
5. I quite like C4 so far lots of trig and algebra!

6. Would you agree? @C4

Relatively easy topics:
- Bionominal expansion
- Implict differentiation
- Partial fractions
- parametric equations

^ Easy in the sense where it takes less time to master than the challenging topics.

Challenging topics:
- Integration
- Differential equations
- Vectors

I've only done 3 topics and they're all on your easy list lol

whaa! we have only finished 2 chapters of C4!! The stress is real.

which topic is harder; vectors or integration?
I heard they're both hard, a lot of practise should do the trick
9. we are currently parallel learning c4 and s2. In c4 we have reached vectors already. So far its okay because its just addition and modulus

this is the absolute truth about c4!

Substitute the parametric equations into the line equation to get an equation in t. Solve this then substitute the t values into the parametric equations to get coordinates.

thanks!
16. Only the first 3 chapters, up till the end of binomial expansion done in class this half term.

Yeah same here although I've already finished differentiation and started on Integration.

Hi,

As with all maths questions let's write down what we know:

1) position vector of R and P and Q
2) so now we know what vectors RQ and RP are.
3) we just showed that RP and RQ are perpendicular, so PQR is a right angled triangle.

We know that 1/2 bh is area of right angled triangle, so:

IRPI*IRQI/2=5sqrt(2)

And I'll let you think about it from here...

Yeah same here although I've already finished differentiation and started on Integration.
I was hoping to self teach myself integration but so much work to catch up on and revise, don't think I'll have time these holidays

Same here I will be focusing on doing C3 papers every day and revising some of C4. Thanks to my friend who did teach me it beforehand. I have a lot of revision to do as well for my other subjects
