    alright. How'd you get 0.38?
like 1d involved finding the probability of finding 2 odds and there were 3 numbers- 1, 3 and 5.
    Doesn't that mean that there are six possible outcomes? (1,3; 3,1, 1,5; 5,1; 3,5 and 5,3)
    i did 2*P(1 and 3) + 2*P(1 and 5) + 2*P(3 and 5) and got 0.2...

Dude the question was only 2 marks, your method was too long for that. You could have just added P(1)+P(3)+P(5) and then square that answer.

I think it was the lower quartile and NOT the upper quartile as P(W<k)=3P(W>K) and if it was the upper quartile, three times the upper quartile would give you the 225th percentie, which is illogical, however if it was the lower quartile, three times the lower quartile would be the upper quartile ans since there is no skewness the probability of the upper quartile is equal to the probability of the lower quartile.
Can i write "75th percentile" rather than "upper quartile" u think?

Wait a second. I thought that one of the the features of the normal distribution was that the mean= median= mode. How can k, a value greater than the mean (and supposedly the median) be the lower quartile?

For the variance question, they asked to give the exact value. I didnt see that part so i just put the answer in decimals as 0.689. How much do you think Ill lose if that answer is correct?

What do you expect the grade boundaries to be?
    How much for the A?
I reckon it'll be just like every year(61/75) for an A

My guess is you are about right, it wasn't an unusually challenging paper
