A skin cell... Hell, two skin cells - I'm feeling generous today.
We learned in Biology that spit is full of them, that's how we got human cells to look at in the microscope.

How much spit do you want, OP?

Ah, even so, still you'd go straight for the boobs!! If it's gotta be flesh then... little toe? Ear lobe?
I...really didn't think this through. I wouldn't lose any of my toes, definitely not. Ear lobe would probably be best actually. I love my chest but I just thought, for a fraction of 1m I could replace them fairly easily and make them look reasonably natural. Or go for ZZ cup just for the pure novelty of it. One or the other.

But no, ear lobe makes more sense

They don't, not for this supposed 1M anyway, and boobs  haha although for men would be not as simple. Unless you got dem m00bz
Oh good, so I was right men could just...get rid of their nipples?

Appendix - as it's a vestigial organ that doesn't do anything except spontaneously burst and put your life in danger.

Fashion is more important than ability.

'Stiletto Surgery' alters pinky toe for better fit - Fox News promoting it.

Off with her pinky! How high heel-obsessed women are removing their toes with 'stiletto surgery' for a comfier fit - Daily Mail promoting it.

More Women Are Literally Chopping Off Their Pinky Toes to Fit Into High Heels - something called Jezebel promoting it.

Actually my reasoning behind choosing the pinky was to avoid painfully stubbing it all day long but oh well... :P
