Anyone can be successful, most dont have the determination and will power to be successful.
A successful person sets out goals and takes simple steps on the road to achieving them.
Taking these steps will include taking sacrifices which you inevitably must make to become successful.
When completing these steps, you will have a release of dopamine, the great feeling of achieving something and knowing that you are going somewhere. The more steps you complete, the more you will get addicted to success from the surge of dopamine.

This is the reason why rich people control this world, starting 1 successful business in 1 particular industry is not enough for them. They want to conquer all industries till they have their name marked in permanent ink. They want to be remembered 100 years from now.

Well I left school with no GCSE's and now I have a good degree and a well paid graduate job.

So even though other parts of my life are a complete mess, i'd say that makes me 'successful' already.

Having it within my ability to help those less fortunate on a fairly large scale, currently I'm realigning my goals towards such a cause. Not too long ago I was more concerned with becoming wealthy and helping people financially one day, but I think I'm coming to realise having the skills to help people myself through methods of engineering etc. will be far more rewarding. So having the skills and opportunities to make the lives of underprivileged communities more comfortable.

    That's a pretty hard question tbh. I don't think I ever could.

Right now I would say after I graduate from uni, but then my answer will change to having a good job, then being at the forefront of a charity etcetcetc

Getting a 2:1 or higher in my degree, doing a masters, landing a job abroad, raising children in an environment where they have every opportunity to grow and explore, marrying someone that just 'gets me', publishing a piece of work that is valued and exploring the world. I think that's a nice bucket list

Owning my own home in an environment I feel comfortable in with a loving wife and children.

But human nature dictates I probably won't even be happy with that so...
